Users do not need any access to public infrastructure like cell phone towers or the internet to communicate with each other. These are known as mesh messengers. This project aims to provide users with a secure offline-based communication tool. The idea is to allow users to message people around them without mobile network coverage or an internet connection. ChatAlone strives for anonymity which does not require the user information to utilise the application. The main focus of this application is to create secure offline-based connectivity via Bluetooth. Users can feel safe using ChatAlone while keeping their data secure and avoiding harming their privacy. ChatAlone provide One-to-One chat, Group chat and Mesh chat. It seeks to be a simple and easy-to-use application.
