description | Inverters are very important for energy transmission. How to construct a stable and controllable inverter with high power quality is a hot topic in current research. In this dissertation, the advantages of three-level(3L) inverters are compared with two-level(2L) inverters. Several different 3L inverters and the current research status of PWM are introduced in the dissertation. Specifically, the working state of the T-type inverter, the circulating current situation, switching loss and efficiency are analyzed.
On the basis of theoretical analysis, MATLAB/Simulink and Wolfram Mathematica are utilized to carry out parameter design and simulation model establishment of the T-type inverter. Because quasi-proportional resonant control is a very effective method for inverter closed-loop control, models and controller of a single-phase and three-phase inverters are designed based on quasi-proportional resonance(Q-PR) control. According to the simulation waveform based on Q-PR control, T-type inverters have very good output characteristics. |
