Summary: | With technology advancing rapidly, continuous learning is crucial for staying relevant. The lifelong learning movement in Singapore empowers individuals to reach their potential regardless of their starting point, and institutions like NTU provide diverse opportunities for growth. This project focuses on creating a web-based learning platform for adult learners in the FlexiMaster programme, encouraging student participation through peer assessments. The platform features a self-developed question-posing assessment system to evaluate student engagement. The development of the platform met all objectives and incorporated user-centric design, simple management, and innovative features like the peer assessment system. In addition, suggestions for future work are provided, including incorporating new assessment tools, conducting user research, and optimizing the platform's architecture to improve the application.
