description With the COVID-19 pandemic, many companies have shifted towards hybrid work arrangements that combine remote work and in-office work. This shift has brought about new challenges for office managers, who need to efficiently manage their employees while ensuring their productivity, satisfaction, and work-life balance. To address these challenges, this report outlines the development of an administrative dashboard that allows managers to efficiently sort their employees into work-from-home and work-from-office categories. The administrative dashboard was designed to improve remote work management and help companies adapt to the changing workplace landscape. It includes features such as a sorting algorithm to sort employees based on a specified percentage as well as a seating function to sort employees into seats depending on the hotdesking ratio. The dashboard was developed using React, a popular JavaScript library for building user interfaces. The report begins with a literature review of previous research on the benefits of using smart tools for scheduling and resource allocation. The review highlights the importance of features such as WFH/WFO ratio, analytics, and user experience. It then presents the design and development process of the administrative dashboard, including the tools and technologies used, the development methodology, and the testing process. Overall, the administrative dashboard developed in this project provides a solution to the challenges faced by managers in managing remote work arrangements. It allows managers to easily sort and manage their employees, while also providing insights into employee performance and productivity. The project highlights the importance of using smart tools to adapt to the changing workplace landscape and ensure the success of hybrid work arrangements.
