Summary:Singapore's property market has been one of the most dynamic and resilient in the world over the past decade. The city-state's economy has been growing at a steady rate, and its property market has reflected this with robust demand, healthy supply, and consistently rising prices. This report will introduce the general information on private properties in Singapore, analyse Singapore's property market over the past ten years from 2013 to 2022 to explore the most worthwhile investment property types based on their tenure, regions, and areas. The objective of this report is to help investors in better understanding the current property market, analyse and give recommendations based on the rental yield and resale profit.
