description The objective of this project was to create a compact and portable health monitoring device that utilizes Bluetooth technology to transmit measured data wirelessly to a mobile application for display. In contrast to conventional desktop potentiostats that require a computer for measurement control, this system offers increased portability. Traditional potentiostats are bulkier, more expensive, and not suitable for field use. This project addresses these limitations by developing a portable potentiostat powered by a rechargeable battery. It interfaces with a smartphone through Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE) protocol, eliminating the need for a computer. The system consists of three main components: the Electrochemical Analysis (ELA) Sensor, a Bluetooth Low Energy microcontroller, and a Mobile Application. These components work synergistically to gather health data and present it on the mobile app.
