description Identity is integral to the modern world. Identity and credentials are often used in daily tasks, it is one of the most important things to an individual. Identity takes up many forms and definitions, it can refer to social security numbers and passports. But it can also refer to credentials, such as certifications, student cards and employee cards, which, arguably, can also be considered a part of this identity which we use, rely on and interact with very often in our daily lives. This report will outline a Smart Contract Decentralized Application whose main purpose is to manage credentials for individuals while allowing organizations to issue and verify credentials for those individuals. Further extensions that have been made possible with Web3-related advancement and modernization, though not directly implemented, will also be discussed.
