Through this report, I will explore the key features of the LaiClean mobile app which has features like scheduling, real-time messaging and chatbot functionality. This report provides a concise overview of the app's design, functionality and development of the LaiClean mobile app. I will analyze the benefits associated with implementing of Flutter framework and Google Firebase as our backend storage platform. Also, I will discuss how Dialogflow will be used to build and train our chatbot to understand the users input and response to it. Furthermore, the report will present findings, discuss future developments and recommendations for further optimization of the LaiClean mobile app.
