Description
Summary:My final year project is a short film titled MILK, about a young mother who reclaims her motherhood after being overstepped by her husband and mother-in-law on matters of her own newborn baby. The film tackles topics on motherhood and the power of the bond between a mother and her child that defines her identity as a mother. I am the film’s editor and was involved in the storytelling as well as other technical aspects of the film since its advent mid-2023 as a data wrangler, a script supervisor and a team member to ensure the project’s excellence. I worked closely with the director during this process, empowering and advising him on matters under my jurisdiction and expertise like post-production or creative editing.
