Ber performance of rotated QAM signals over fading channels
Rotated quadrature amplitude modulation (QAM) has gained significance popularity in practical wireless systems. One notable application is the digital video broadcasting system in Singapore. It is a digital modulation scheme where conventional QAM is rotated by an angle.
