description This project is concerned with optimizing performance of wireless networks at 2.4GHz ISM band by using Machine Learning techniques to improve throughput. Inevitably at this ISM band, there will be interference when multiple networks such as IEEE802.11 and Bluetooth connections are running concurrently. Hence the purpose of this project will be to improve the performance of the target network. The initiate stage of the project will be to set up a simulated network and capture throughput values. Subsequently, Machine Learning techniques will be used for channel analysis to predict and detect a better channel for the network to hop to.
