Future of librarians: a library without librarians?
This paper aims to assess the public’s level of awareness of the National Library Board’s Cybrarian system; the usage of the system; the usefulness or comparison of the system as opposed to physical librarians; and the opinions about the future of the Cybrarian system and DIY concept.
