description The aim of this project is to provide a simple method to estimate the lifetime of motor under multi-stress with the data of three single stresses and combined stresses. The desired model is developed based on other models which have been built. All report can be divided into two parts namely model building and analysis. For the first section, the models of these single stresses and combined stresses have been introduced. Then, how we can get accepted coefficients are shown. Overall, we get final equations which can be used to calculate the lifetime if we have all constants. The second section shows the data from the experiment of Ramu. It analyzes and get the coefficients at different conditions such as temperature and mechanical stress. And then, if we ignored some parts of final equation, we can do a simple calculation with the constants from the data to work out the result of lifetime.
