description The recent rise in the popularity of web blogging worldwide has brought numerous measurable benefits to both the bloggers themselves and the commercial advertisers. However, these benefits are only made possible when the commercial advertisers and bloggers have access to the usage of an accurate algorithm which can effectively measure the similarity between bloggers, to group/cluster bloggers with similar interests together. The main objective of this project is to determine that accurate algorithm so that the advertisers can reduce the possible substantial advertising cost involved and its usage can also allow bloggers with similar interests to connect to each other. For the purpose of this project, 6 methods, namely language large document model (LLDM), language small document model (LSDM), language centrality document model (LCDM), vector large document model (VLDM), vector small document model (VSDM) and vector centrality document model (VCDM) were developed, executed and analyzed.
