剖析与借鉴 ：新加坡廉政之道探究 = Analyses and implications : the research on the secret of corruption-free in Singapore
短短几十年间，新加坡不仅创造了经济奇迹，也创造了廉政奇迹。同样是东方国家、同样是华人为主体的社会、同样是一党长期执政、同样是几十年前都贫穷落后的国家，为什么在廉政方面，新加坡可以取得如此骄人的成绩？展开新加坡发展的历史画卷，探究其廉政建设的每一个足迹，正是本文的重心所在。通过对其廉政建设工作的全面剖析，笔者认为，新加坡廉政建设的成就，不是因为哪一措施、哪一手段发挥了“一招制敌”的奇效，而是因为其形成了由一张法网、一柄利剑、一条防线、一块基石、一个楷模、一盏明灯、一件法宝这七个基本要素组成的完整的廉政建设体系，正是因为这一完整体系的有效运转，才成就了新加坡政府的清廉美名。基于此，学习借鉴其成功经...
