总结:The purpose of this research is to explore the various website features that affect Singaporeans’ preferences for their choice of hotels, based on 3 broad categories – System factors, Demographic profiles of the population, and Media factors. The effect of Product, Speed, Intelligence, Layout, Services, Languages, Navigation, Interactivity, Reliability, Gender, Age and Educational level on the page views, visits and stays in the hotels are analyzed. A survey was conducted of 300 respondents and results indicate that factors such as Product, Speed, Language, Interactivity and Reliability of the hotel websites do affect Singaporeans purchase intentions. This research should be of interest to hoteliers seeking to understand Singaporeans’ perceptions of website characteristics.
