A survey was conducted of 300 respondents and results indicate that factors such as Product, Speed, Language, Interactivity and Reliability of the hotel websites do affect Singaporeans purchase intentions. This research should be of interest to hoteliers seeking to understand Singaporeans’ perceptions of website characteristics. |
