Development of a standalone intelligent auto-tuner : for cascade control systems

This thesis presents the progress of development of a standalone intelligent Proportional-integral-derivative (PID) Auto-tuner. The theoretical research and application of PID auto-tuning are extended to cascade control system, a complex PID control system.
