Development of microoptical elements for integration with photonic devices
In this thesis, we investigate the combination of embossing technology with sol-gel derived, organically modified optical film and the fabrication of gratings and other micro-optical devices. Also, we study multimode interference (MMI) devices based on the sol-gel film.
