Over this period, PBio a clinical research organization, underwent numerous organisation changes as a result of seven changes in CEOs. Notwithstanding this, the organization managed to develop its own pool of highly skilled clinical research specialists despite the uncertainties accompanying the top management changes and consequential changes in organisation strategies.
