This report provides an insightful analysis of the prospects and challenges face by the TCM industry in China. On-site interviews were arranged with government regulators as well as manufacturers and dealers who directly involved in the TCM industry in both Singapore and Guangxi. To map and understand the forces that are shaping the industry, PEST framework is used to screen the external macro-environment that affects the TCM industry, and the Porter's Forces framework is then used to analyze the competitive intensity and the attractiveness of the TCM market.
