Summary: | Ranging and localization are some of the key applications in a wireless sensor network. This allows us to track people or objects inside an indoor environment. If good distances can be estimated, we can accurately convert them into locations estimation information and this implies if the signals captured are of good qualities. But unfortunately, signals are often corrupted by channel noise, synchronization, crystal clock timing drift problem etc. In this project, we are investigating how to process measured distances to refine on the accuracy of the final target locations.
