However, the application of the Ellman sulfinamide to the synthesis of highly substituted α-amino acid has not yet been reported. Hence, in this project, several studies towards the synthesis of these highly substituted α-amino acids by first using the Ellman sulfinamide and next, via the formation of hydrazones will be presented. |
