Firstly, the project was trying to understand the fundamental elements of still life painting e.g., perspectives, space, form,composition and tone in respective era mentioned. Secondly, the project was experimenting the possibilities to create non-conventional still life photography by altering viewer perceptions. The photographs and research served as aesthetic exploration of the medium more than recreating family story. |
