Description
Summary:This thesis describes the asymmetric syntheses of bifunctionalized phosphine complexes, which contain a stereogenic center at phosphorus, through various reactions, including insertion, hydrophosphination, hydration, and hydroamination. Promoted by the coordination of diprop-1-ynylphenylphosphine to ruthenium, the two alkyne moieties thereafter were functionalized by different reactions, which thus led to the formation of a chiral phosphorous center. This strategy presented is valuable and can be widely used in the synthesis of chiral phosphines.
