However, due to wide scope of the project, it was not possible in this dissertation to cover details of
the entire implementation phase in The Dow Chemical Company and its subsidiaries.
Hence the main focus of this dissertation will be on the implementation phase of one
of its Asia Pacific subsidiary, Dow Chemical Pacific (Singapore) Private Limited, in
Singapore. In this dissertation, references to "Dow" mean The Dow Chemical Company and its consolidated subsidiaries, while "Dow CP" mean Dow Chemical Pacific (Singapore)
