Fabrication and characterization of high frequency devices for monolithic microwave integrated circuits (MMICS)
This project aims to fabricate and compare the electrical and optical performance of InP-PIN diodes with a newly proposed novel SSO (Schottky-Semiconductor-Ohmic) photodiodes.
