No, if you understood the hearing of general human being, the characteristics & behaviours of the ring tone that you are using, and the environments that you are in when your phone is ringing.
This research report provides a brief understanding of general human hearing and the study to the effect of ring tone loudness masking in typical noisy environments. By analyzing the frequency and sound pressure level of the ring tones and the noisy environments, it will help us understand audio masking behaviour better, and by exploring alternative adjustments besides loudness manipulation in such environments, it will further minimize the chances of missing calls.
