As recently as a few years ago, "Biosurgery Maggot Debridement Therapy" was reintroduced for application in chronic wounds to combat antibiotic resistance formation. Therefore, this study focuses on detection of antibacterial substances suspended in the maggot body extract by biochemical analysis.
