Summary: | Multi-touch interfaces are becoming increasingly common in the recent years. A multi-touch interface is able to enhance users experience by allowing a more direct and intuitive Human Computer Interaction (HCI). The popularity of touch screen interfaces has resulted in global research communities such as Natural User Interface (NUI) to open discoveries in multi-touch interfaces. This multi-touch interface project is a continuation from the previous Final Year Project (FYP). The previous multitouch interface had been developed using the Laser Light Plane (LLP) technology. However, the setup proved to be too bulky and heavy to be brought around. |
