Summary: | Due to the change of earth’s climate, all of the 10 warmest years on record have occurred in 1990s, the demand is growing for the exploitation of renewable energy. Wind energy, solar energy and bio-fuel energy are new and renewable resources that are growing rapidly, but the output of these sources are not stable. As the voltage and current from renewable energy sources are changing due to the environment, they can’t be connect to power gird directly, therefore there is a need to use power electronics technics. |
