description The purpose of this project is to use modern technologies to decrease the physical distance between patient and doctors but not losing the basic communication that they need. In other words, it is to allow doctors to monitor its patient remotely. To be able to decrease the physical distance and not lose the communication between doctors and patient, an alternative platform should be provided to them. This alternative platform would be able to allow patients to communicate their health status to their doctor in-charge. At the end of the project, an Android application for the patients to communicate their health status with their doctors and a JSP web system for the doctor to monitor the status communicated to them is developed.
