description Over the years, more and more companies are looking into the concept of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) with an increasing number of them implementing certain CSR activities in their businesses. As such, we are interested in finding out Singaporean managers’ willingness to undertake CSR initiatives, assuming that they have the ability and resources to do so. Our research will begin with a literature review to highlight the key factors that managers take into consideration when facing a CSR-related decision, followed by the formulation of our research questions and objectives. We will then proceed on to gather responses from future managers, before tabulating and analysing our findings and finally reaching a conclusion. The managerial implications of our study will then be explored and recommendations on future studies in this area will be provided. Through this study, we strive to provide managers and business owners with a greater understanding of CSR and its benefits.
