Description
Summary:Since the introduction of the KAQT (Knowledge, Abilities, Qualities, Teamwork) assessment guidelines to the N.C.O. Course in 2005, the amount of paperwork has increased tremendously in order to assess the trainees comprehensively. The course is conducted for both the junior and senior trainees, differentiated with the course name Standard Course and Advance Course respectively. The assessments for both courses are significantly different as well. This results in the need to keep different sets of assessment forms for use.
