| Summary: | In this project, an Android application is devised, venturing into the plant lovers community. Various different methods and structures are researched to finally decide on one. The aim of this project was to provide the user with an enriching experience while providing details about different types of vegetables, fruits and ornamental plants at the same time helping them create their own page and to share this information with other users. This report further expands on how the application was created, the resources and technologies used, methodologies implemented and the user interface designed. It also talks in-depth about Android programming and the interaction with the external database in general, as well as details specific to the application created.
