Gaia:Educations become powerful and strengthen in every part of the world. It also becomes a measure to benchmark the development of many nations in today society. Singapore is known to have one of the most world-leading education systems. With this education system in Singapore, students are facing a high level of challenge in the society to achieve the level of mastery. Teaching and learning become inadequate to compete with the society. Self-assessment and self-practice become a necessity factor to boost up the learning process. To fulfil such demands, many sophisticated web based assessment tools are developed and published for the productivity and efficiency of the student learning progress. Mathly system, a web-based assessment generator of selective topic in O’ Level mathematics, is designed to facilitate the O’ Level students for self-assessment. This project system is capable to provide unlimited questions and answers promptly, either online or in PDF worksheet, depending on the user’s selection. The answers also included the procedurally guided solutions to develop the understanding of the user. The system also has the result assessment of the student to be able to monitor the understanding and mastering process. This report inclusive of the information on the technologies that is being utilized for the development of the project, research and development process, design and strategies used throughout development and the recommendations for the improvement of this project.
