Summary: | Judgement by outcomes is a phenomenon whereby people judge decisions and decision makers based on outcome information. The phenomenon is supported by several studies. This study examines other variables that may influence judgement by outcomes: decision process and event controllability. Specifically, the objective of this study is to investigate the effect of outcome, decision process, and event controllability on evaluations, assignment of credit and blame, allocation of rewards and impressions of decision makers in the business environment.
