description The report documents the team’s ten months development of Project Hippo. It started in May 2013 and ended in March 2014. Project Hippo is a software system built with process engineering to serve the purposes of electronic medical recording for a team of Singaporean voluntary doctors. Project sponsors’ requirements were identified and analysed. In order to achieve adaptability, it was decided to build a customized system from scratch. Prototyping methodology was adopted in developing the software to further minimize any misunderstanding between sponsors’ requirements and developers’ understanding of the requirements. UAT was conducted and signed off with only one round of required bug fixing.
