description Transmission technology has advanced from wired transmission to wireless through the years. During the time where wired transmission was used, it was only possible to link devices together by cables. With the advancement of technology, wired transmission has today been replaced by wireless transmission, which has greatly increased the mobility of communication devices. Wireless transmission can provide a better quality of service and has offered more convenience to users as compared to wired transmission As the mobile phone has become an essential item to everyone. It is of utmost importance to provide a good quality of service. Nevertheless, natural calamity will take place when we least anticipate it, after the disaster the AP (Access Point) will most likely be damaged or destroyed, example in earthquakes or tsunami, then most likely the 3G Network Infrastructure will be brought down. The purpose of this project is to develop a mobile application when in times where Telephony Network is down due to natural disaster, this application can be utilized as a temporal network to allow one mobile device to communicate with another, by using the Ad-hoc hierarchical structure. The main feature of this application is to send a picture from the first mobile device to a third mobile device using the second device as a relay while the first and third device are not directly connected. The application will use Wi-Fi Direct as the communication platform to send and receive data without relying on the 3G Infrastructure. Some future recommendations are to implement plotting of the graph so that the user can visualize more clearly which can enhance the visual aspect of the application and backing up on the routing table to increase the re-connection speed when something happened to the mobile device and forces it to shut down.
