description | In
this
ever-‐changing

Singapore,
the
loss
of
natural
greenscape
is
inevitable.
Ironically,
in
light
of
such
losses,
mega-‐structures
that
bear
uncanny
resemblance
to
nature
are
erected.
Inspired
by

Karl
Blossfeldt,
the
artist
has
chosen
to
create
printed
illusions
where
local
bio-‐mimetic
architecture

The
result
is
a
series
of
dystopian
foreign
patterns
that
ornament
the
body,
suggesting
a
distortion
or
an
extension
of
man’s
boundaries.
