Among these applications, the servo system used in hard disk drive (HDD) represents the highest level of industry achievement, mainly for the accuracy is usually in the magnitude of nanometer and the disturbance can be excluded. While HDDs play a crucial role in the modern era of information technology, the servo control loop design is the fundamental technique in high performance mechatronics system. Better loop design and tuning leads to fast seeking and high accuracy tracking, which treats the system as a dynamic model and optimize parameters such as ki, kv simultaneously. Also, better loop design toolkit can shorten design process period and realize high accuracy and efficiency.
