Description
Summary:In order to serve different temperature loads in a refrigeration system independently, a Multi-Evaporator Refrigeration System (MERS) is used which consists of a single compressor, a single condenser and three evaporators. To enable the system to be more energy saving, the ejector-based MERS (EMERS) is being introduced which is the main focus of this study. For the best performance and optimization of the system, there are many parameters that can be considered. This report highlights the performance of the system by analyzing all the data that is obtained from the experiments, plotting the data values on graphs as well as to make comparison in order to determine the best possible solution for a good system performance. Recommendations for future improvements are also proposed.
