Cartoonization is an art form for image by reduction in image details. This can be done by generating uniform brighter colours and bolder edges to achieve to look cartoon like effects. Furthermore, the image processing techniques used will be region growing segmentation. This report focus on create cartoonization with the Matlab software using basic image processing techniques. |
