Description
Summary:As the requirements of the degree of Bachelor of Engineering, the student has to accomplish a Final Year Project in 2 semesters. This selected project is experimentation of different hotspots and development of an algorithm in analysis of wireless signal propagation In addition, this project is based on the “Project No: A5155-131 Development of an automated virtual array channel measurement test bed for experimenting on various points and collection of data for electromagnetic signal analysis . In this project, an Agilent PNA-X Network Analyzer is used to measure the power levels and angles for the localization sweep. Then, the results are saved for algorithm analysis studies. Initially, the experiments were performed automatically but there was some problems with the automatic system so we need executed it semi automatic. This project will illustrated various testing and results on different hotspots and analysis of the signal spectrum. Through the implementation of electromagnetic analysis algorithm, the first line of sight path will be identify and time of arrival. Explanation will be elaborated on the how the algorithm works. Adequate figures and tables would be demonstrated for better understanding. In the end of this report, the conclusion, the status of this project and the suggested future work would be presented.
