description This study addresses the difficulties and current problems in the current EU-China investment relation within the sustainable EU-China strategic partnership. In addition, I explore several difficulties between the big three powers of Europe-the UK, Germany, and France-and China. The study highlights the Euro crisis period, when the EU-China investment relations were affected more by the political than economic issues within the EU-China strategic partnership. Finally, I indicate the relative possible solutions and positive effects of the problems in the cases of the UK, Germany, and France with China. I conclude that the intentions of current investment relations are closer rather than separated, and the strategic partnership should be sustainable with better investment relations. Key words: EU-China strategic partnership, EU-China investment relations, UK-China investment relations, Germany-China investment relations, France-China investment relations, Euro crisis, BITs
