description A database is a collection of information organized in such a way that it can be easily accessed, updated and managed [1]. Databases are an integral part of organizations daily operations. They can be used to support internal operations of organizations, to support online interactions with customers as well as suppliers and to hold administrative and specialized information [2]. The main aim of this project is develop a curated local database of genomic information and research that pertains to longevity, and to implement a web application that would enable an end user with ease of accessibility to study the information. The data used for the development of this database is the HAGR: Human Ageing Genomics Resource website. The Result of the project is a web application that can aid even a novel user to study the available information, observe and deduce patterns that would aid them in the continued research for methods to increase the longevity of human life.
