Improving low fertility in Singapore : pro-natal policies to prepare for millennial families
The low fertility of Singapore has been well documented and studied but policies to encourage the millennial couple to have children are still found wanting. This paper hopes to introduce policies that can help the millennial couple and also at the same time raise the birth rate of Singapore.
