| Summary: | Through a mural installation, documentary film and editorial design, this project examines the meanings and impacts of the universally known phrases: “Thank you”, “I’m sorry, please forgive me” and “I love you”. It investigates the underlying values of how these phrases are being expressed in family units, by engaging young local adults in an open conversation. Ultimately, the project aims to inspire more meaningful and positive communication at home, by probing the audience to reconsider the deeper tenors of these words as dealt in day-to-day conversations with their kin. |
