From brick-and-mortar to click-and-mortar : a case study research

This dissertation is a research using the case study approach regarding Dot com companies in the financial sector in Singapore. Two companies have been selected namely FinatiQ and Fundsupermart since they are among the first online third-party companies offering financial services and products.
