description Today, digital video technologies have advanced and made it simple to use through smartphones. Sharing of video contents online have been increasingly popular, and in times of incident, these are often essential evidences of crime to the investigation. However, there posed challenges to identify relevant video contents due to the insufficient information inputs. This report presents an incident sharing system called Geo-Recorder that can be installed on a smartphone and view its shared content on a web browser. Geo-Recorder capture essential inputs by leveraging what the smartphone have and formats the data into relevant information. The incident sharing system is made up in two parts, a developed Android application installed on a smartphone that record and upload incident videos, and a web application that served as a visualization representation of these uploaded videos.
